CENTURIA STRATA COUNCIL

The Strata Corporation for Centuria Urban Village (referred to as Strata Corporate) is responsible for managing and maintaining the common property and assets of the strata development for the benefits of its owners. The Residential Section and the Commercial Section were created within the Strata Corporation at Centuria Urban Village.

• Corporate Strata oversees amenities that both residential and commercial use; landscaping, exterior building, parkade, garbage room, etc.
• Residential Section oversees amenities that only the residents of the building use; elevators, pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room and fitness room.
• Commercial Section oversees amenities used by the Retail and Commercial Offices.
