Building Alerts
The Building Alerts section is intended to keep residents at Centuria Urban Village informed about issues with the building. Pete Gehrke, our Building Manager will administer this section.
The Building Alerts section is continually updated and may require residents to take certain actions, so please check back frequently!

The cooling tower issue is fixed. If your unit is not cooling down then you need to go to your breaker box and turn off the heat pump breaker for 15 minute and then turn it back on.
This will reset the limit switch and get you cooling again.

We are experiencing issues with our cooling tower and some residents are having issues with their AC. RAMTech has been called and will be on site today.
I will post information when I have an update.
